We have purebred Holsteins and Holsteins crossed with Montbeliard, Viking Red, and Jersey. They enjoy year round outdoor access and pasture during spring, summer, and fall.
Montbeliards are a French dairy breed known for cheesemaking in France because of the high protein levels in their milk.
Viking Reds originate for three Nordic dairy breeds: Swedish Red, Danish Red and Finnish Ayrshire.
Part of our herd is a 3 way cross of Holstein, Montebeliard, and Viking Red.
