Pork, Beef, and Lamb

Our livestock are born and raised on our farm in rural Viola. We give them a life of outdoor living, pasture, humane care, high quality feed, and no added hormones or antibiotics. Our Beef are Angus and Angus cross primarily grass-fed on our certified organic pasture, hay, and forage. We add non-gmo grain to their diet at finishing for the flavor and tenderness we seek. Our Pork is mostly heritage Berkshire, known for it’s flavor and marbling. They are provided access to the outdoors, pasture, and mud and are finished on non-gmo grain. Our Lambs are raised with their moms on pasture until weaning age and graze on certified organic pasture and forage. We offer a little non-gmo grain at finishing.

Whole, Half, Quarter Meat Options:

From time to time we offer whole or half hogs and lamb, and whole, half, or quarter beef.

BEEF: Whole, half and quarter available in October 2025.

LAMB: Whole or halves available in Feb-March 2026.

CHICKEN: available in limited quantities in our farm store in late November 2026.
